Rusty knobs on lamps.. we were there to sleep. Pool was not heated as expected, which was disappointing but it was 30 degrees outside too! It was okay for price. ”

We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. We noticed the garage door release cord already pulled, allowing manual access, which made us believe they were aware the keypad batteries were dead. Once to ask for the WIFI details as it was not provided. And a second time to ask if there is a vacuum because there was some dog hair on the couch. It all went down from there.
